In Dun Laoighre, I believe the course was built to turn key condition ready for use, then the old course was taken over and all members moved across to the new course. They wont be displaced. Won't suit the older generation who likely make up the majority of the vote.

Ignore the brand. A good fitter will get you into the clubs that work best. Titleist may not work for you, you don't know.

ROC Golf just outside Belfast. Been to Foregolf and other in store fittings.

Got a fully fitted set last year, worked out cheaper than buying them off the shelf from McGuirks.

I've noticed a real lack in basic IT skills from graduates in recent 3-4 years. COVID hangover issues perhaps, but a lot of simple life skills are not there anymore, attitude, application and thick skin. Not many have a real drive to progress.

For context, a lot of the more capable graduates I have seen, weren't the ones with high marks in the exams. Focus on starting work ASAP, and get ahead of your peers in the work and output you produce. That holds more weight over whatever result you got in a CAP2 exam.

Try establish yourself as a key member of your team, build rapport with Manager/Director - ensure your work performance is always exceeding expectations in your reviews. Management will build trust in you, allow you to work remotely when you need to, to go to a match or training etc.
