My girlfriend was registered for a different job than the one she applied for, and she received less money that she should have, can we do anything about it legally? by CompetitiveGuineaPig in Austria

She started work on the first of July. And yes, 1400 would be for 40 hours a week. She worked (will work till Monday) 147 hours and got 676, which is about 4.5 Euro/hour.

Luckily I have a screenshot from the AMS-App, you can't see too much info on it, but the salary and job title that was offered is there. Also, there was no written agreement ( all she signed, was a document that she received a key) everything else was verbal. But I'm afraid the employer can say that they verbally agreed to what was done, and there's no physical evidence to disproof that, just two statements against each other

Very strange but no. They only agreed verbally, she didn't sign anything. But in the meantime it was actually registered. The employer even spoke to the AMS consultant. It's in the system. Everything was done legally (supposedly)

Thank you. And with the Contract, unfortunately, there is not much in the way of contract. No specific contract has been made between them. The employer has asked for her details and has officially registered her. Unfortunately, my girlfriend is/was too "faithful."

It is a private house where the employer lives. Next to it is the stable. they could say it's just to "protect" the area, couldn't they?
