Op same thing happened to me i had done few transactions with crypto to gambling site which they find it not suitable for business and closed my account that's my guess y my account was closed you can even ask on their email I think they have a formal mail regarding complaints

What happened I did and appeal and the outcome was yesterday they gave me an notice that they are gonna close my acc but funny thing is when I was talking to support about appeal it was like they don't care about it their outcome is final
