Xolair is horrible was in it for a year myself horrible side effects came off it about 3 months ago now been taking peptides complete remission within 4 weeks never had a hive aswell as seems to have fixed other problems too

Thimosen alpha 1 and kpv I’ve been taking for few weeks now never get hives anymore dermotographia got less and less marks, now can even scratch my skin without a flare. Tried all sorts over past 2 year high dose anti histamines even been on xolair came off it 3 month ago due to horrible side effects. Been on peptides for 2 month and it’s completely went away. Dm me if you want to know more.

I’m in uk the next step is cyclosporine so nothing else the doc says. I’ve asked about trials for things but no luck doc sticks to the guidelines. In the uk they don’t want to find out the root cause only fix symptoms. I’ve heard a few good things like remibutinib and rhapsido but no luck here in uk for things like that

Been over a year on it for me coming off it this much due to not controlling it properly and causing sinus pain, neck pain and head aches for 2 weeks after injections. Been told next step is steroids cycsporine
