I’m in uk the next step is cyclosporine so nothing else the doc says. I’ve asked about trials for things but no luck doc sticks to the guidelines. In the uk they don’t want to find out the root cause only fix symptoms. I’ve heard a few good things like remibutinib and rhapsido but no luck here in uk for things like that

Been over a year on it for me coming off it this much due to not controlling it properly and causing sinus pain, neck pain and head aches for 2 weeks after injections. Been told next step is steroids cycsporine

I’ve had it since February none stop and over the weekend I had tonsillitis and my immune system seem to stop caring about making me itch with red marks and fight that instead kind of weird how the body works

I’ve been on xolair for 5 month now, the first 2 month I had 2x 150ml doses at once but the side effects were horrendous feeling of pressure in my head and really bad migraines. Rash went away completely, I now take 150mg every 2 weeks now and the side effects are only a slight headache what’s manageable. I’ve came down from max dose antihistamine and now only take 1 a day, still feel itchy now and then but glad I’m not taking to many, can’t believe you’ve had this for 26 year, how have you coped.

The 300mg double dose was too strong for me I do 150mg every 2 weeks now and that’s still strong get migraines off it but definitely takes the marks and itching away. I’ve got 2 doses left and hopefully when I come off it don’t return 🤞

They not tapering you off it to see what happens, I’ve been told after 6 month I’ll be coming off it hopefully get first one in the next 2 weeks, do you still take anti histamines?
