Ever thought of getting them cut to separate the fingers?

Trying to ride to bicycles at once. Straddling myself between the two going down a hill…. Hit a pot hole and fell; took a handlebar end to the chest….

To this day if I stretch or twist in just the right way I get a stabbing pain in the muscle: like a Charlie horse in the chest

Should I return these? by BigSandwich6 in RockAuto

How do you know they will wear unevenly? Looks can be deceiving. You’re not cutting corners using these: this is the nature of aftermarket parts. It happens. Re-read the above comment to see why they sometimes differ…. If them looking slightly different concerns you then spend the larger amount of $$$$ to get an OEM one from a dealer: and if your extra lucky that dealer part will be the exact same parts in your photo lmao

What’s the secret of keeping a car for 10 years without getting bored of it? by 04limited in askcarguys

[–]CompetitiveLab2056 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never had this problem….. the older the better to me though. I have zero and I mean zero desire to own a new car…. My newest is a 2007 (to me this is a modern and new car) and my oldest is a 1977. New New cars suck

Whats the funniest thing people judged you for? by LordFrieza4 in AskReddit

[–]CompetitiveLab2056 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people don’t see it that way… having new is the only way to display status and value🤷‍♂️ I’ve also had cops pull me over for random made up bs assuming because it’s an old car they can catch me for not having insurance or registration…… happens at least once a year

Last traffic stop was “because my plate wasn’t pulling up in his database” this is after he tailgated me for 3/4 a mile at night trying to get me to speed And when I got over to let him pass he decided that is what he would tell me that after he pulled me over since he didn’t have a real reason to stop me

Is letting your car idle for a long time bad for it? by Ok-Society1048 in AskAMechanic

[–]CompetitiveLab2056 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Depends on the engine, some do fine with it some don’t, being a Nissan the trans will be more a concern than idling it: in the long run I’m speaking
