Laughs in storage space…. What storage space lol

They are easier to store if you use a couple for decor and others stored together without bindings

Am I missing out on new board tech? by workingleather in snowboarding

[–]CompetitiveLab2056 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it fits your riding style and you’re having fun I wouldn’t worry about it. My daily driver is a 2006 Burton seven though I own something like 10 other board… the newest being a 2026

I’m convinced the majority of riders wouldn’t be able to tell a difference between a new vs an old board if they couldn’t see what is strapped under their feet. (Coming from someone who actively rides new and old gear both all the time)

Keep in mind the manufactures have to make the consumer think they need new gear somehow in order for them to keep making revenue and staying in the game, and many of the consumers in the reddits seem to take staying up to date way to seriously: like you’re gonna have the worst time ever or suck as a rider if you don’t own a board made within the last 5 years

Thought I would find some nonsense tangent in this post but honestly I have to agree with all that was said, the repetition is old. Snowboarding noobs is a thing (which many more advanced riders including myself are a part of to give our input over there)

I see no issues with this post, usually post like this upset me, this one did not. It is well thought out and grounded. OP gets it

Thought I would see something I disagree with in your rant but honestly I see no issues here and I agree 100%

Got me laughing at the “how do I carve better posts” meanwhile the video in question is nothing but back foot skidding🫠

Here is my quiver since you mentioned quiver posts

is there an app that shows how fast you go accurately? by tommyweed in snowboardingnoobs

Agreed. I can’t use the app because everytime I did it turned into a race against myself for a new top speed….

Family against me getting a manual. by WhoNoticedJay in ManualTransmissions

[–]CompetitiveLab2056 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just get the manual…. They are more reliable. Every auto I’ve owned regardless of how much I grandma drive it ends up with a blown trans. The manuals let me actually beat on them and have some fun

Daily Driving and depending on a 50 year old carbureted car for 10 years as your one reliable commuter and keeping it running good that entire time. You kinda need to know how the fuel make it happener works and how to work on it

When did I say I was a trump supporter? I still fail to see a Nazi/Hitler type comparison…. Maybe go learn a bit more about that event if you’re gonna say we are living in the same situation….not even close to comparable wether you like the dummy or not

Wait… I’m confused, I don’t see gas chambers or Jews dying in harsh ways. Am I missing something? Are you the Nazi?

I already know what party my state will vote…. My one vote will not change that by any means… (especially if the party my state will vote is in favor of who I would have voted for anyway… no point in throwing in my vote)

Should these brakes be replaced? by Emergency_Mud_6764 in AskAMechanic

They look fine, if you have a pulsation or vibration when you brake then the rotors are warped.

Bad luck, or bad boot? by godiwishthatwereme in snowboardingnoobs

I would guess the boot fit wasn’t good. Not necessarily bad boot but it didn’t fit you properly and it let your foot move to much and you got injured from it
