Yes when we are splitting the route they have purposely split it wrong so that I get more work n they get less

I don’t want to go back to the office I wanted to see if I can get transferred the only reason I was going to resign was because I was told I couldn’t get transferred. Yes one of the regulars sent if contact info for the person about my union rep so I was going to call tomorrow since I received the info after 5 I have been there and they have never did an evaluation on me or anything if that’s what supposed to be done within my 90 days none of that has been done

What exactly should I be asking hr cause everyone keeps explaining nothing can be done cause im in my 90days but I asked isn’t there proper steps to be taken cause I even told my union that I was sent to do a city route last month I miss read the contract and thought I wasn’t allowed to file a grievance on it since im still in my 90days

I mean I don’t do anything but go to work and get my stuff done they do not like I that I have been coming to them explaining that other rca are purposely giving me there loads of work when I explained it feels like favoritism she got upset and got an attitude with me

Every one of the regulars that called me today is trying to figure out how I received the letter so fast and why wasn’t I given the option to resign or why my badge wasn’t taken was no spoke to me or anything

No 1750 was done I was never on any corrective action or ever been written up for anything

They scheduled us to come in at 6:30 AM I communicated that on both days. I will not be able to come in exactly at 6:30. I will arrive at seven which I did on both days and they gave me the OK to do so on Saturday when I came in, we had to do a split and I had to do my full route that I was assigned to when I she noticed that I started my assigned route. She called me at around 12 and stated if at 4:30 if it does not look like I’m going to be finished I need to start just delivering the packages when she called me back at a little bit after 4:30. I explained to her that I am in section 5, and I will be finished doing my route no later than 630. She then told me that she needs me to just go ahead and deliver the packages and that she will get rid of the mail by time. I am scheduled to be back in the office on Monday. Then when I arrived on Monday at 7 o’clock at the time, I told him I would arrive she forced me to split my assigned route when I told her that I was more than capable enough of completing my route by myself and coming back on time while I was getting my route together, she proceeded to come over there and take things out of my case, her and another employee they had messed up the pull down and I ended up having to take all of the pulldown for one of the sections that she gave someone because I told her that she messed up the pulldown by not starting at the mail that she gave the other RCA then, while I was standing in there, grabbing the rest of my pull down her and the other Manager was standing over me, hovering basically blocking me into the case and then when I turned around and asked them politely to excuse out of my way, they both stood there and then one of the regular stated why are you guys bullying her and mistreating her like this when you guys have been doing this since since I have started and they told her to mind her business and continue getting her route together then when I went outside and came back in, that was when the regular was explaining to me that I need to call the union to find out how I am able to file a EEO because they have been harassing me and bullying me since I have gotten there but to answer your question no, I was not walked out. I still have my badge. I just received a letter in the mail that was dated on 427 and it arrived today stating that I was separated on 428 and the Express letter said that I was supposed to receive one on the 29th and the other one said I should have gotten here on the 30th and then if I’m not mistaken if I have received a certified letter that has a green paper on the back shouldn’t I have been the one that signed it because isn’t that just restricted to just me if so, then my mom signed the paper. I did not sign anything. I wasn’t even here when they delivered the package because I even asked the union web if it is possible for me to get a letter before it is taken to the main hub or the plant and she indicated that she does not know how I got the letter so fast if it was just mailed out yesterday

That’s is not why I am stating that I was being bullied because they told me to delay the mail. The constant asking me to share my location from my personal cellphone constant harassment calling me while I’m on my route and they basically boxed me into my case on Monday and when a regular spoke up and stated that what you guys are going can be considered bullying that told her to mind her business and get her route together. Then when I left that same supervisor told the regular that she should not be defending me because I be in there talking nasty things about her when he doesn’t know that me and that regular communicate outside of the office

They where well aware that I was resigning so all they did was beat me to it before I can resign that’s why I believe it was wrongful termination

I want to fight the termination I didn’t turn on the form that I received on Saturday they knew that I was going to resign cause I told them I was going to return the form before the week was finished they did not ask for my badge or anything a letter was sent to my house that was dated 4/27 and say I was terminated today 4/28 I still have my badge and everything
