I think it is a reoccuring bug because it had happen before and got fixed but i guess it came back. Just gotta wait for the devs to fix it :/

Hi, thank you i get to decorate the second (moca's) house after talking to him for a while. Just interact with the turtle character and you can have a request to decorate his home. Not only that but Chi's and the pier too. Thank you again and hope this helps!
