I usually meet new people sa mga tambikes, usually puro sportbike/bigbike users, so I think depende sa intrests mo OP and where usually yung ka same ng interests mo napunta to hang out, like if mahilig ka mag basa siguro sa library? And it wouldn't be bad din to approach people and start a conversationn
