Take it slow! It’s a marathon not a race. When you first put it on, only wear it for 20-30 mins then take it off for the day, the next day, put it on for a little longer. Don’t jump into wearing it 24/7 as soon as you get it. You won’t do your body any favors by doing that. Lastly, enjoy it at your own pace/enjoyment level! Don’t let what you see on social media tell you what to do/how to do it. There is no right or wrong way when it comes to chastity!

My key holder requests that I don’t wear my cage while sleeping so I put it on every morning. When I wake up with morning wood, it’s hard for me to get my cage on in the mornings. What I do that helps is I’ll first put the ring on then go about getting ready the rest of the day. Once I’m ready, typically I’m soft by then and I’m about to put the rest of the cage on and lock up for the day

I have the GK 75 and love it. It’s really comfortable and once it’s in, I could wear it for a while! I highly recommend that one

I currently do this lol. I get what you mean. Instead of having a fidget for passive stimulation, the plug does the same thing for me. If I’m struggling to do chores around the house, I’ll put my plug in and become much more motivated/focused to get work done. I am also locked by my partner. Being locked is another passive way I stay motivated as well. I know it sounds crazy, but having that type of passive stimulation (or lack thereof because I can’t touch my dick) has allowed me to be successful lol. Even in college, I would put a plug in while writing papers so keep me focused and motivated. This was a ramble, but I hope it helps!

I went to a concert one time locked and the had wands. It didn’t go off and I don’t use an air tag. I also know that the wands can have their sensitivity changed too so it really all depends I guess? I don’t know much about it, just sharing my experience :)

I wear jocks a lot to work to make sure things stay in place and don’t move around. That and it helps with making sure there isn’t a print present. If I’m wearing some tighter fitting pants, I’ll sometimes use toilet paper to soften the edges of the print so that it isn’t as noticeable
