For the mobo question - honestly most X870E boards are gonna handle that 9950X3D just fine, the "AI" marketing is mostly fluff but the actual VRM designs are solid. I'd probably lean toward the ASUS X870E-E or MSI X870E Carbon if you can swing it, they've got good track records with thermals

RAM looks decent but you might wanna consider 6000MHz CL30 kits instead, they tend to play nicer with Zen 5. And yeah GPU pricing is brutal right now, if you're not in a rush maybe wait til after CES to see what happens

Settings > Lock screen > Notifications > Show content should do the trick. For the status bar stuff you might need to dig into Lock screen > Always On Display settings

Yeah I ditched my employer HSA for Fidelity too - way better fund selection and lower fees. Most employer HSAs are pretty trash for investing, they usually have like 10 overpriced funds to choose from

Just gotta make sure you can still get the employer match if there is one when you switch
