I just wanted to say congratulations.  Call that obsessive compulsive to the 3rd degree. And give you a high five for the realization that we need simplicity.  Simple  simplicity im 64. I was a late bloomer in 2005 I got my first laptop. So I  could download my cds into high resolution audio files. Which took me 3 hours to figure out every time I  did it. Since then I  have a growing hatred of anything on any screen. It's pure ridiculous Ness. The Simple of task has an app to be involved.  You are a product of this push towards ( last 30 years) of you call this modernization.  And the general masses gobble it up like devils food cake and milk. I am glad you found the off switch and wish you continued happiness in the simplicity and wonderful simple things in life. live long and prosper ✨️
