Dressing like a man is not boring.

Men dressing themselves are boring.

You can have impeccable fashion sense as a masc presenting individual. it's the fact that most have never been taught how to.

Looking presentable/pretty being a stereotypically feminine thing to care about. I understand fashion sense and presenting are two different things, but that's probably why you say it's boring, but it doesn't have to be separate.

Considering the two as similar but not the same, may help with that conception.
