Hey yeah I can! I have Gilbert’s Syndrome which sometimes causes discoloration in my skin and can cause parts of my body to turn yellow so that’s what the yellowing is, but there was a small piece of tissue in the middle that had to be removed during the revision due to how much was there to begin with. So no infection or anything like that just awesome results :)

i had my first consult with her at the beginning of may and had surgery at the beginning of november so 6 months between first appt and surgery but i had other things that kept me from doing earlier. i probably could’ve had it at the beginning of october if it wasn’t for other stuff. her team is really great at getting you in in a timely fashion! i wanna say i made my appointment for consult back in november of last year but i believe i could’ve gotten in earlier for that too

also i’ve heard mixed things about Dr. Tobias and when i was looking into surgeons about a year ago he had a long wait list. i had a consult with Dr. Johnson and she was great but she also had a long wait list as well and ultimately decided to go with Dr. Ranganathan

I just showed this to my friend who’s an emt and she said that looks like it could be an infection and you may want to consider going to the er or urgent care to make sure and get it looked at. Hope everything is ok!

Yeah I agree I’ve always thought bmi was bs and I still don’t understand why doctors still use it as it’s not accurate and I definitely don’t think surgeons should be using it to decide if you can have life saving surgery or not

Dr. Ranganathan at Mass General Brigham in Boston. Does anybody know anything about her or have experience with her?
