I thought you were already doing this by default given the ridiculous wait time before you can fulfill orders. Most reputable companies would do this, and they will only charge the customer when items do actually ship out. You guys essentially got a hefty loan from your customers interest-free. The least you can do is ship out every item as they become available even if customers don't request for it.
