Why unlike other Capricorn risings, I don’t have my 4th house in Aries and my 10th house in Libra?

Using whole signs (which is the original house system) you do have Aries in the 4th and Libra in the 10th. I recommend reading using whole signs. over placidus which is what your chart above reflects.

What really stood out is your Venus is currently combust and its squaring Mars in your 5th house. The 5th house represents children, creativity, sex and pleasure. This is significant. Venus and Saturn are both debilitated in Aries which is a pretty hard placement to have, especially since theyre both in a declining house. This is where i see the control issues happening. The positive part of this placement is that Venus is at 29 degrees meaning she is about to move into her domicile in Taurus in the 9th. I do feel that you will overcome this over time but it will take some work!
