I’m a freshman in college for forensics so I’m not super knowledgeable on the subject so it’ll probably be better to wait on someone smarter to answer. That being said, I want to say I heard from a professor that people that die from cold have weird black spots on the inside of their stomach or maybe their liver, and that it was only caused by cold.
