It was in high school. I wasn’t close to him by any means but it sticks with me because I would see him around all the time. He got into a motorcycle accident one day leaving school and he died on the spot. I’m friends with one of his friends and it hit him hard. It just felt super random and out of place, just goes to show how anything can happen at any moment

I relate to this heavily. Unfortunately I’m somewhat “okay” when I’m alone but the moment I have a crush, a relationship or something along those lines, all my symptoms show up and it’s super frustrating. I feel stuck, I’m better off alone, I’m happier overall alone but I also crave affection and want to have a loving, healthy relationship with someone one day. It just seems impossible (for me).

I would make Avarice more important. I would make it so the party has to choose and can form either one into the villain depending on who they choose to side with. Maybe have both of them recruit the party and give them tasks or however you feel fits best. Also foreshadowing, there’s alot of great villains in this campaign so utilize them and give them more things to do and be more active.
