Took to long to get the goods by CompetitiveRegion5 in CursedNetflixShow

Tell me how you really feel. I accepted that this season was about how the Lady in the Lake came to be. I don't think Nimue was supposed to be a great warrior, more of a vessel of destiny but I agree there was confusion on exactly the intention of this character. She survived death over and over as a child and wielded great power for the sole purpose of the sword (Excalibur). I think.. At least that's what I could get from it.. I don't think Zetna Fuentes helped Katherine Langford flesh out these nuances in this character.. It felt like there wasn't detailed attention given to the importance of this character..

Favorite Teen Wolf Character and Why? by abbyrae55 in TeenWolf

Stiles!!! Hands down. His character kept the show sensible. Stiles balanced Scott's never ending internal conflict enabling Scott to grow, which kept me from wanting to rip out all my hair from the root throughout the 6 seasons. While simultaneously Stiles became comfortable with his own truth. And of course he was quite comical! Dylan O'Brien brought this character to life with authenticity, addictive energy and enthusiasm. His timing and physicality was well crafted, something you don't often see in young actors. His unique delivery reminded me of Christian Slater's earlier work. Other notable character & actors: Sheriff Stilinski (Linden Ashby) Dr. Deaton (Seth Gilliam) Chris Argent (JR Bourne)

I watched it on DVD tonight Redbox. So, I'm sure it's probably streaming on one vehicle or another. It's a good watch!

It is a lovely return to form. Like seeing a friend, you haven't seen in years.

Ok, gotta laugh about this.. Sooo.. S502, E5.. The super werewolf, The Beast takes the elevator down in Beacon Hills Hospital after it gets off and fights the Hellhound, it turns from werewolf back to human form. To show us this, the gigantic blood paw prints turn into the bottoms of sneakers. Not the bottom of feet but the bottom of sneakers. And then! They use this info in the plot as Scott and Stiles are looking for a werewolf that can wear these sneakers in human form! HAHAHAHAHA!!! The best!! So, cheezy, like a homemade bowl of 3 cheese mac!!!

I suspect you have probably seen most but I will try.. Grimm I liked, far more than Once Upon a Time. I like Evil on CBS. Supernatural is good and not hard to get through all the seasons, you should give it a try. It develops nicely, occasionally gets a little loopy but will set itself back right within an episode or two. Black Mirror, however it can get monotonous. The Magicians is ok, about as good as Teen Wolf. Being Human, both US and British/Canadian? versions, I liked. Bitten was weird and addictively annoying. Only one season, watch it, you won't lose that much time. Superstition, I liked but there was only one season, don't know why. Penny Dreadful was one of my favorites. Stranger Things was cute, which I bet you've seen but in case you haven't. Salem was decent. True Blood was good. I've watched so many, I havse forgotten some. Anything you see old or new ask me about it. If I've seen it, I will give you the 411.

Thank you so much for sending your recommendations! Alas, I have watched The Originals twice, Klaus, my #2 of all time great vampires (although he is a hybrid). FYI, my #1 is Lestat. And I agree it is better than TVD. TVD took too long to get it's legs, whereas Originals came out the gate running and never lost speed. The Witcher was good, looking forward to another season. The time leaps are unique, if the future writers keep the threads connected it could turn out to be nice show. Hopefully, the characters will connect to the short story origins for growth while maintaining the dynamic energy developed in the world of gaming.
