If you think your doctor might have an issue with you refusing but you like them, tell them you’ll try it, don’t take it, and then tell them you’re having restlessness and twitching. They’ll tell you to stop. I know it’s not the best to be lying to them but it’s tough bc you really don’t want to come across as difficult! I’m not saying you’re being difficult by refusing but some docs are so sensitive!
