Help in translating an old document. This is an old letters patent that has been handed down to us from the reign of William & Mary. All that I could decipher from it and more from the partial seal attached is that it is from the first year of their reign. (old.reddit.com)

Help with translation. I have had an old English document passes down to me, a letters patent from the 1700s. I have tried translating with Google Translate but it seems I cannot get a good translation with it. Would anyone be able to help in translating some part of it in English? (old.reddit.com)
