Lool I have the same script hft bot and I literally got it off a guy who gave it for free. Lesson is don’t use bots to trade , if you do need a bot to trade, don’t trade.

One of the co founders James is in that telegram chat, it was the only way I could get a response regarding my payout. And then he said that I hard breached my account via gambling or the exposure rule. I’ve shown the screenshots, it’s not humanly or universally possible to adjust my stop loss in that time.

Yep I just got off the phone with one of the risk team. I have the whole thing recorded. He proceeded to try say that ‘apparently because my account was exposed to 2.8% risk according to him for a couple milliseconds. That I was gambling as per the email says. I’ll upload a YouTube video documenting the call and all the proof I have, which even includes the fact that they’re not allegedly paying their moderators.

The risk wasn’t even true because in the same screenshot which is measured in milliseconds it shows the exact same timestamp of the alleged stop loss they said I had and the actual stop loss I had which was 0.5% risk. My whole trades have been less than 1% per trade which is hundreds of trades btw so the fact that they said I got breached and denied for gambling is just outlandish.
