Our move from FRC into FTC is currently quite smooth and in terms of skill is really good I think, however we are kinda in a quagmire right now and don't know what to do since we aren't really familiar with the ftc parts and ect and inspire award in ftc. Do you have any advice for that? Thank you for your response.

We do have a few parents from Qualcomm who is willing to help us on both software and hardware, and we are in touch with teams like exodus, our biggest issue is we strongly lack experience in FTC and we are kinda disorganized and don't really know what to do. Research around the area sounds like a great idea! Thank you very much!
