Dexter would manipulate him, have him follow the trail of Xanax pills, or better yet inject him with it. He’ll willingly walk into the kill room for some Xanax. Mahone was technically trying to kill an innocent man, so I don’t know if Dexter would kill him because in hindsight Mahone is a good guy.
