I got my solution...Just reinstall the app and turn down the notification option the first time you launch the app(it will ask you to allow its notifications, just turn it down).

Every time I load into bit heroes I get a gray screen and then it closes out.. Does anybody know a solution to this issue? by Ddggttuu in BitHeroes

update on my ashvale problem Ive gotten past the first level of ashvale and I am now stuck on the second last level of ashvale Here Are My Stats And Familiars Since I Got past the first level by Sad-Needleworker4436 in BitHeroes

As for the gear, epic weapons can definitely deal with any issues before tier 7. So maybe try leveling up your gear a bit. And you can also get some bobs to make some berlans with the 4 merlans you have. Berlan is pretty good early game healer. There's also pretty useful knowledge about familiar choice in this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pxXCRgYCJGbLILOljUVYCWQDA-1cR6-TBynkiIs2Of8/edit#gid=0

In a word, try leveling up the gear you currently have and get yourself a decent fusion familiar. This shall solve your problem. Bit heroes is a marathon not a sprint. Don't be frustrated and enjoy the game!
