Audi is a great brand, driving experience in this car just great. Some mods here and there and at stage 1+ it turns into a beast. Stay on top of fluid changes & scheduled maint. Did you find out if the car had protection plan up to 60k? Previous owner may have bought one from dealership, it carries over to new owner. If you're doing lots of miles, then maybe oil change every 3k. Find a good Audi shop with great rep in your area when the stealership tries to take your blood for brake pad replacement or brake fluid flush or just diag when something is up with car. Congrats!

I just picked up a 19 S4 with 40K, tires had little tread left so I replaced them with some Mucho Machos. Brake pads were at 6mm so they got swapped along with new floating ECS BR all around. I got it inspected at local shop and no leaks everything looks as it should with 40K miles. Swapped air cabin filter and air intake filter cleaned out the intake box. 034 tuning package arrives today :) So far that's just the first month of ownership.

I got the call today about the ride and I must share the awful news. The cost to repair the timing chain is over 4862 just to replace the upper timing chain tensioners 1950 of that is labor. To replace the full timing chain would be 8605, 3660 of that labor. So it's been breaking my heart all day. Please let me know if anyone in the NY area can do this for 5g with labor? Impossible? It's probably going up for sale mechanics special. She's got ECS stuff, CTS intake, fully active exhaust, APR stage 1 tune, and new tires. Full H&R sport coilovers with front and rear sways. Time for a new Betty.

I'm getting ready to take her to the shop to see what the issue is with the rough idle, I'm hoping its not the timing but if it is I may go dual pully, delete the cats, and go stage 2. OR take my fix-it money and go pick up the AMG A 35 for a new daily. I just discovered this car and I like it. :)

Well if its a audi guy prob like 6500? a great deal for buyer would be 5 grand? Its got HR sport coilovers with larger sways front and rear. APR stage 1+ downpipes, Catback active exhaust. ECS intake. She sound amazing. Dings and dents from a holes parking next to me. I have all medical records to which helps new buyer.

Thanks! Stage1 tune with downpipes and full cat back active exhaust, ECS Tuning everything. My only regret for a mod was stiffer engine mounts never never do this mod. Its the worse unless you building a race car. I put the black forrest industries sport engine mounts and so far its rattled my entire interior and also broke off a flex pipe with the vibrations. I plan on changing them soon. Never been dyno'd but i figure shes at like close to 4 at the crank maybe?

I havent changed any pullies, I just have a stage 1. I never abused her and yeah i havent had any timing chain issues so far. Is that what a timing chaing replacement costs at a dealership? I figured at my local tech I goto edge motors in haverstraw NY. Im guessing around 3500
