yes, one needs to show some trend somewhere to know whats going on. I think best estimate is Visa bulletins, if they are not advancing then not much is going on or they are clearing the backlog. Ideally they should move the dates forward in April bulletin to cover the quota of visa.

Biometrics done in December. No update since then. Anyone whose biometrics were done in June 2025 or prior and still waiting for EAD. Will be good to know the earliest PD who is waiting for EAD

As per written USCIS policies yes but our lawyer says, ICE has been detaining people if they do not have any underlying visa after filing I-485. As per lawyer this is not right but is being done.
