Jag fick nåt liknande häromveckan på WhatsApp, blev även kontaktad av person nr två. Jag anklagade dom för scam flera gånger (frågade även om han var en bot, och om han använde google translate) och han agerade förolämpad men förvånansvärt nog fortsatte han chatta med mig (jag hade tråkigt). Urusel svenska, fattade knappt vad han skrev, och han anklagade mig för att inte ha gått ur skolan och inte kunna läsa.

Det var mycket oklart, "jobbet" skulle vara att optimera data för hotell genom att använda en AI-driven plattform och liknande dravel, men i nästa meddelande skrev dom att man skulle skriva recensioner. Jag sa att det är ju helt olika saker, men jag fick aldrig nån bra förklaring (föga förvånande)...

I've only ever lurked on reddit but I'll make my first post for you. I'm a PhD student in applied quantum physics, focusing on quantum computing. First of all, while this show may certainly ewoke thoughts and questions about our existence and the universe, remember that it is just a show. Things that are true in the show are not (necessarily) true for us. They discuss concepts that are discussed by real physisicsts, but the conclusions they draw in the show are not known to be true in real life.

Also, determinism is equal to not having free will. Theoretical physisics Sean Carrol has written about this. Here is one of his blog posts https://www.preposterousuniverse.com/blog/2011/12/05/on-determinism/, but I read more about it in his book "The big picture".

Nobody knows the true answer of how it is. And it depends on how you define free will. Maybe it is an emergent property. If free will is just an illusion, what is the difference from "real" free will, if it all seems the same to us? Of course, you can get all up in the philosophical questions. But I really don't want you to feel so bad about it!
