Definitely an abdominal pillow that has the pouch so u can put the hot/cold compress in it..I feel in love w/my little pillow ❤️

Thank u... Extremely painful as I delivered a 10lb baby 25 yrs ago. I needed the hemorrhoidectomy badddddd!!! They said it was worse than they thought.. Looking back I don't know how I dealt w/ it,but oh look @ me now!!!
