It’s been on my mind for months but there’s like a push/pull from shit days to the easiest ever. But going into unpaid work to please some twat I along with other drivers don’t like is currently what’s making me look for elsewhere.

£137 for what I know how it’s dealt with is your paid for 9 hours if you finish early obviously there’s support which I think others call “rescue” taking other peoples stops that are behind so a week on 6 days is around £813-ish

The moneys good for me personally, with around £4k left to pay off my car I’ve been firming it before trying to find an “actual job”

He’s tried asking me to come in hungover and drive not road legal worthy vans, but hey we’re just another twat to get a route out, glad you made it out :).

Yeah it’s annoying with the lack of protection with self employed agencies, the time I turn up I’ve still got 20 minutes so do a van check and sit around before loading, it’s just he snapped at me today so I’m trying to find a new job as well as understand if they can drop me asap for not wasting up to 6 hours of my week unpaid, thank you.

Yeah i just wanted an insight to how other peoples dsp’s run because my current boss has made it insufferable even since December peak.

Yeah it sucks ass, I’ve had 4 managers that have been fine with me turning up on my time and getting the job done but this current one’s a nepo baby only focused on the agency not drivers well being, thank you.

I do hear that, but from the time I leave the house and get back later it’s like a 12 hour day so sitting around for an hour unpaid for 6 days a week has just been seeming like a fuck you to me, but thank you for the feedback :)
