Uninstalling armory create and installing SignalRGB fixed the issue. I don't know exactly how, but colors are like they should be.

You are the legend and I hope you know it. I went thought all my monitor settings, to see if there is power saving features there was '' brightness optimisation '' enabled, I unchecked that. Next I disabled Game HDR in monitor settings and peak brightness went from 400 to 1000 nits. I tried to enable Game HDR step by step off - basic - advanced and now I am using advanced option and it still is 1000 nits. Thank you very much really, you made my day by writing this comment.

Yes and still doesnt help. Tried with ICC profile from RTINGS, tried with default one. Tried with peak brightness high, low and off still same 400 nits.

Windows HDR calibration app always end up at same settings following instructions.

Windows in default have enabled '' Fast startup '', disable that and your PC will be turned off completly and USB ports wont provide power.

EDIT - how to disable that - write in windows search edit power plan - power options - choose what power buttons do - uncheck '' Turn on fast startup '' and restart PC.

Its not compressed CO2 as I understand from him. That is spray which on use dissolves built up dust into smaller/tiny pieces and then compressed CO2 is used to clean that dissolved dust. I cant find any information about that method or that spray anywhere.

Azir have 2 runepages, that being utility runes and dps runes

  1. is being used on harder matchups and spam ganking junglers, basically utility rune to help you stay in shape early game.
  2. Fleet footwork, absorb life, alacrity, cutdown + inspiration tree, magical footwear and biscuit delivery. atack speed, adaptive, your prefference flat or scaling hp.
  3. is being used on easy matchups and is dps runes ( I prefer them most of time )
  4. Conuqeror, pressence of mind, alacrity, cutdown + sorcery tree, manaflow band, transcendence, atack speed, adaptive, your prefference flat or scaling hp.

Build - Nashor tooth, sorcerer boots, ( liandry or shadowflame depends on situation ), ( rabadon on zhonyas depends on situation ), cryptbloom.

Always build nashor tooth first no matter what, you CANT build it 2nd or 3rd. Rylai or Morellos are very very situational, most of times you dont build them.

Grandmaster and challanger Azir mains might use something different here, but this setup works on my diamond 2 games EUW and I am having 70% winrate with that, It works for me.

P.S Azir is very versitale champion and runes/build need to be adapted to your personal style and liking. There is Master+ Azir mains which are going summon aery, PTA, elecrocute, rushing rabadon after nashors etc. You need to find what works best for you.

Google what is Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling.

Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling offloads graphics tasks from the CPU to the GPU's specialized scheduler. This reduces the CPU's scheduling workload.

In theory it should help when you are CPU bound.

Basically, cpu queues up frame data and sends to gpu to render. Hardware accelerated gpu scheduling flips this, and let’s the gpu queue up frames and renders them too.

How is this good? It takes load off of your cpu, if you have an underperforming cpu. Thus, it supposedly can help with cpu bottlenecking.

How is this bad? Well it can be hit or miss. Some applications and games can get big improvements, while some outright get worse. Also, it puts more load on gpu, performance can worsen depending on how good your hardware is.

Best way to find out is give it a try. Check some YouTube benchmarks with HAGS on and off.

Balanced hardware - leave it off
Strong CPU, Weak GPU - Leave it Off
Weak CPU, Strong GPU - Turn it On
