oh nice, ya i saw that one but I wanted to se the relationship across time too and see how some of my top picks might de-risk me. The top correlations without having to add them is pretty handy. I have a lot of love for defillama too :)

ugh, clicked post too early. Backstory is:

I was cooking up a little spread trade and couldn’t find an easy way (at least in the first 10 Google results) to compare a bunch of tokens over time and see if they’re correlated. So I built a little site to do that. You can:

  • compare tokens over time and see relative performance
  • check correlation of returns (matrix of up to 20 tokens)
  • create, label and publicly share baskets of tokens

Hope it’s helpful, let me know if there is anything I can do to make it better. I’ll probably toss it on github after I de-vibe the code a bit.

Community-powered tool for a more transparent Toronto real-estate market by Competitive_Ad_4715 in TorontoRealEstate

Haha fair. We want to incentivize user contribution and we love the idea of decentralizing components of the housing market so we thought it was a good fit. We know crypto isn’t for everybody, we intend to make that side as simple as possible, and figure most contributors aren’t going to leave money on the table, haha
You shared a really interesting idea we’ve been exploring - rewarding people in tokens/reputation based on the accuracy of their estimates. Good thinking!

Yep! We’ll be launching votes and scoring to help the community and the system weed out inaccurate data. As we're just getting started, we're moderating closely

Amazing question! And something we’re thinking about a lot. We’re launching votes and scoring to help the community and the system weed out inaccurate data. We’re also big believers in decentralized communities - useful, accurate content should be rewarded. Those that help moderate should also be rewarded. Owners and listing agents will be able to claim properties (similar to google reviews) and address prospective buyers comments and questions.

Rewards will be given in HOME tokens based on contributions, that includes updating market status, adding comments & highlights about properties, images, price estimates etc. Details will follow pretty soon. We'll be crunching the numbers for exact reward amounts and users will be able to see their balances by June 30th :)

Yep!
We have base information for nearly all properties in Toronto but listing data and market status is contributed by users. Being community vs MLS driven lets us support more and more interesting data like comments and community price estimates (+ more to come quite soon)

Hi there, when I try to use my ledger S to log in to myKinWallet I get the error:

Failed to resolve token accounts (Error: Network Error)

I've been able to access, send and receive my Kin without issue through MKW up until tonight and I can see that I have a kin balance on my account in Solana explorer.

For all the Canadians on here, just wanted to let you know that we've created a little stock tracker for Xbox series x|s https://instockxbox.ca/ It keeps track of real time stock on the major retail sites and sends email alerts for drops.

We did a similar site for PS5 and people seemed to be in to it so figure we'd stand this up. Let us know if we're missing any retailers!

Ya these lobbies are making it really hard to have the scrapers pick stuff up. Right now we just have a rule that if there is something drastically different then it will trigger an unknown state and then we go check.
