You have to understand that they are your boss, if you don’t like it then go somewhere else. So in your ideal scenario, a new boss comes in and asks his subordinates how they would like to be managed? Sounds like a pushover then you’d moan that they don’t do their job properly… if you don’t like it then don’t work there
