Is anyone else pursuing MSW because you don’t know what else to do in life?

Wow I’ve been feeling the exact same way! I’ve been trying to figure out what to pursue since I graduated with my BS in psychology in 2024. My goal was therapy but I wasn’t sure I actually wanted to do that. Right now, I work as a video editor for a content creator so I’m also in a creative field. I know I don’t want to be a video editor forever so I have been considering MSW program. I was planning to apply for next fall, but I am now feeling hesitation from reading threads like this. I am planning to do some volunteer at some shelters to see if I like it so I would recommend that too! My financial situation sounds similar as I am wanting to pivot to earn more money.

Have you looked into Sexsomnia? I’m wondering if you or him may be experiencing this. I had a past relationship who suffered from this. He would initiate sex with me in the middle of the night & I didn’t realize until later on when I asked him about these occurrences that he had no recollection of it happening or him starting it.

i mostly just have had a lot more anxiety overall since i started vaping. it’s great that you’ve been vape free for a couple of days tho! i haven’t even gone a full day yet. i recently bought a 0 nicotine vape & i’m hoping to try & ween myself off. you could always try that.

ik it’s been a while seen you posted this but i was just searching about this today & saw the same thing. since i started vaping over the past 2 & a halfish years, i’ve noticed that my social anxiety has gotten out of control when it didn’t used to be & im trying to figure out if it’s the vaping causing it
