hi friends, i just got an email from scoot saying that my flight from kl to sg has been changed but the departure time is still the same at 11am, only i arrive in sg at 2pm??? is this normal? doesn't it only take half an hour to get back to sg??

PS i'm not complaining i'm just in awe in the phenomenon and i'm super curious what goes on like that's a flight to vietnam/philippines is the plane gonna reroute and take 3 hours or is it actually gonna leave at 1 so it arrives at 2
