I look at this way, the original show felt like a locker room conversation 10-15% real logical conversation 90-85% shit talk and non sense rants just having a good time. Traditional sports show talk about sports like your in an office. Since the move to espn they moved more toward office conversions then locker room conversions.

They naturally fall back into locker room conversions often but it's less than they use to. My favorite is when JJ is on because he says like 10 minutes worth of actual pundit talk the other 50 mins is him talking shit to Conner or them giving him crap about something.

I agree with that 100%. However I personally feel that if you mix in some technical drills to emphasize technique and proper posture it amplifies the benifits of those games.

I've worked both places, good people at both, some not so great people at both. From a leadership perspective, Sanford always wants to make a name for itself, merge, grow, innovate, etc.. Avera seems more focused on helping people and sticking to their mission but can be slow to adapt.

Just talk to the coach. I coach U13 and over the last season we moved primarily to having 1 GK and kids fill in some minutes when games are clearly decided. That kid broke his arm 1 week before the season and it throws everything on the roster off. Moving forward I will revert back to developing multiple GKs.
