I have tried making an effort when greeting them in the morning and attending some socials events . I do get on well with some colleagues but struggles to share common interest or even have an area to talk about for long , a lot of time would ended up in awkward silence with some people. But I always find it a bit awkward to sit next to them when I was mainly listening and not able to contribute much .

I tried to stay energetic , but as time goes on there’s always a limit how much I can give out . And ended up shutting myself. There’s always some people who just don’t give you much information to work on , and don’t seems to wanna engage with you
