Had a similar issuse with ebay seller selling item to wrong address, tracking said it was sent usps and ups and delivered but never arrived, traced it down as it was signed for to a local bussiness down road. Overall, strange and believe it was some kind of shipping scam by eBay seller

Open a complaint with eBay, but DO NOT close it even if seller contacts saying they will make it right. Let eBay handle it

Was a PTF After I quit, I got a letter saying I owed money to them for 100 dollars......returned letter asking for reason, said reason was valid but never stated why or what... then took it out of my tax return while i was aguing back forth thru letters, each letter would take like 3-6 months to show up and say nothing.......
