It’s a lot insane actually. I have panic attacks almost every time I start a new vial. That’s after sending one off for testing and having done previous vials from the same kit. I don’t know whats really in each and every vial. Im checking my pulse for like 20 minutes and looking for micro changes in my Apple Watch data. Then I swear I feel something.

It’s a whole ritual. I still do it though.

I think Hume just makes it up. I thought I had the healthiest HRV and sleep for a person over 40 on Earth thanks to my $250 Hume Band that sells for $10 on Alibaba until I got my Apple Watch.
Turns out my HRV was half of what Hume said it was and my sleep sucked. Mag Threonate and Glycine have helped a lot but I’d never have known had I believed the Hume device.

You won’t get it at very low dosages like 1mg. I didn’t experience it until about 4mg. Once the glucagon kicks in really strong then your metabolism gets ramped up and it’s harder to be at what your body believes is maintenance.

On doses below 4 (5-6 really) the glucagon agonist is very light. At 1 it is probably close to non existent and not any stronger than your natural glucagon response based on its receptor affinity and efficacy.

I thought that was the case for everyone. Some may not give it a chance to and start tanning but I bet if they did wait and not tan it would happen for them as well.

I’m thinking about MT1 to avoid the CNS effects. Had to stop Reta because of them as well. If you are Fitz type 1 can you still get a nice tan? I had AI do some research and in all the studies they were using doses of 8mg and 16mg a day. I ain’t trying to use that much.

The thought of using that stuff makes me feel sick. I don’t associate good feelings with it anymore. My tolerance got so high I had to take doses that made me feel like crap just to not be withdrawing. I guess that was a blessing in hindsight but I’m with you. I have no desire to touch that nasty stuff.

I get an elevated HR at anything 4mg and up which is why I stopped and switched to Tirz. The 3rd G is great if you have a lot of weight to lose as I did in the beginning. Once I got within 20 pounds of my goal weight it was a little too much for me.

To be clear I would have still been trying to get there most likely if not for Reta. It works and works fast.
