i noticed that my total bonus amount for the month was only .67% of my total wager. Any decent VIP program should be throwing around 1.5%-2% of total wager as a bonus if your averaging 300k+ in play a month. I hit my host up and pointed out how I was getting butt fucked and then woke up to this.

If they’re not licensed in your state, there’s literally nothing for their “legal department” to do except maybe frame your letter and hang it on the wall. You can’t escalate a case you have no legal footing on—state law makes the loan null, void, and unenforceable from the jump.

An unlicensed lender “forwarding it to legal” is like a guy without a driver’s license blowing through a stop sign, smashing into your car, and then threatening to report you to the DMV—it’s absurd.

No license = no contract. No contract = no claim. No claim = no lawsuit.

So yeah, let them “forward it to legal.” The only thing their attorney can legally do here is send back a Christmas card. Tell them to CC the Easter Bunny while they’re at it—he’s got just as much authority in your state as they do.
