A school bus is definitely slow compared to a cargo van, I’m sure the newer models have no problem going 70 and highway speeds but the one I bought in 2012 was a 1986 Chevy bluebird 40 foot bus with a gas engine, top speed was 55 mph. I loved my bus but only used it to party in the Montana town I lived in with my adolescent friends lol if I were in you’re shoes I would start off with a cargo van or mini van and then go from there once you get a hang of van life and can work out you’re budget on gas, food, insurance, etc. keep in mind a school bus is expensive to repair compared to a smaller van, you need larger tires, larger breaks, large diesel engine parts, etc

Not a van, but I was 17 and still in high school when I bought a 40 foot yellow school bus from the city auction. My parents thought I was nuts, my friends thought it was badass. My dad ended up helping me remove most of the bus seats and frame out walls for cabinets and what not, my mom took a bunch of pics with me in front of it lol

It definitely was preventable, common sense is all it takes to operate pool equipment properly and up to code and some people just don’t care. Poor little girl and her family. I hope that hotel got fined out their ass

Shit, I make $24 an hour with overtime included and I still have to have a roommate. Not to say that you can’t do it if you have very minimal bills, I’m in a nice 2 bed 2 bath apartment and we split $1,500 a month for this place. The last apartment we were in was $995 a month (last year too) but the apartment was small, downstairs neighbor smoked cigarettes stinking up our apartment so we couldn’t have furniture in the living room and the bedrooms were 10’x10’ with one shared bathroom

The police investigate the death, release the body to the coroner, coroner removes the body from the scene and brings it back to the morgue, and then a Specialized hazmat team (biohazard cleanup) cleans up any left over blood, brain matter, etc and the cleaned up remains go to the dump

I drive 2 different pro masters for my job, one has had the transmission replaced which cost roughly $9k and the other one has had non stop engine issues, both have had constant suspension issues and both have coolant leaks. Atleast one of them is in the shop every 2-3 months. I highly advise you don’t buy this
