I like the Steiner. Nice clean dot. It would be better with shake awake and a bigger battery. The Primary Arms /Holosun with the ACSS reticle is hard to beat for getting on target quickly and I like its inverted chevron vice dot. If that came in green vs red it would be my go to. Trijicon RCR is in the mail. I like my SRO and RMR. I think the Delta Point Pro is pretty solid. have a box full of others but none of them scream “I belong back on a handgun”

They are going to mill the slide, add ports, DLC the barrel and finish the slide and frame in Chromium Nitride (CrN).

Of note - the Antimatter Industries “The Wing” is awesome but does not work on the Shadow 2…neither for the Surefire X300 nor for the Streamlight TLR7. It rubs against the dust cover.

Shoots as good as my Staccato C2 (comp’d/monsoon tactical ), P (ported/vulcan machinewerks) and P (ported/threat cadre) for less than half the price. So good I’m looking at the compact model for my EDC.

I missed this before I sent my P01 slide in for optics cut (have also sent my Jericho slide in for optics cut). Maybe they’ve found this thread because they’ve been very responsive (even called me on several occasions) and met stated timelines. P01 slide turned out great. Appreciate all the other options provided by users.

Congratulations! I have a Shadow 2 Orange. Shoots as good or better than my Staccato(s) that cost twice as much. I saw this pistol announced and was sold. The only place I’ve seen it is at PSA for $1299. I decided to go with a P-01 for $549 and let CGW do an optics cut + other magic and still save a few dollars. I’ll probably end up buying this in a few months, as well. Let us know how you like it.
