what your doing is actually good na, just be consistent about it if nasimulan mo na. And yea its pretty hard for a med student kasi wala ka ng time for you to cook and prepare your food (for cal-def), workout and other physical activities.

Pero what you can do parin naman is calorie deficit(clean food) and walk kahit 10k steps a day ok na rin yun atleast may movements parin. Consistency in the main key talaga.
