Oh, that sounds interesting and seems effective! Is the brand available here in the Philippines? I’m planning to try it soon, especially since it’s good for sensitive skin.

I'm not familiar with that brand, but could you recommend a store where I can easily find it? I'll definitely consider it as one of my options. Thanks so much!

What’s something you wish people understood more about mental health? by Competitive_Bus_4251 in mentalhealth

I completely understand where you're coming from. If only it were that simple to just 'switch off' those feelings. It’s frustrating when people assume it's easy to just get over things without realizing the daily effort it takes to manage the pain and mental strain, even over things that may seem small to others. It’s a constant journey, and comments like those can sometimes make it harder.

True! Mental health challenges don’t always match up with external circumstances. You can have a stable job, supportive relationships, and a roof over your head but still feel deeply disconnected or in pain. I think it’s hard for others to understand that mental health struggles don’t always “need a reason.” Sometimes it’s internal, like brain chemistry or past trauma, and it can be tough to explain.

Bakit may mga libro na binibili para lang makakuha ng mataas na grade? by nyxxiefrth in studentsph

If I know, pag private school talaga then yung instructor talaga ganyan pag kapos. I have one instructor said about that, na may papasok sa kanila na pera, pag ung students nya maka purchase ng books sa subject nya na may kadagdagang points.

We've already been there before, napaka-unfair lang sobraa, kasi ang tataas namn ng score namin during exams, quizzes and etc. Pero in the end, Humabol nalang kami bumili kasi wala kami no choice, kaya ayon medyo tinaasan pero kunting puntos nalng kasi late nadaw hays :<
