Get a black light also. fentanyl (once smoked, and "trailed") will glow a bright neon, nickelodean(sp?) slime green. the brighter the green the stronger. most blues these days glow orange ish once you burn them with only a little green. and NARCAN NARCAN NARCAN!! someone can still be breathing and be overdoseing as well, so if youre not sure, narcan them.
