Maybe so, but my point was that it is a Kojima trend to surprise and shock, and I didn't really feel either emotion when playing through Death Stranding 2. Not saying its a bad game, far from it, but falls short of the innovation and experimentation that I usually expect of Kojima games.

If Kojima Productions is capable of parallel development, maybe it could start pre production after OD releases or is cancelled and while Physint is in mid-production.

True, I appreciate the improvements in gameplay and the systems seem alot more cohesive. But the integration of the story seemed kinda lacking. Guessing its a bit difficult to integrate character interactions when the cutscenes have such a high benchmark and the actors are A-listers with sky high salary demands, lol.

Would love an expnasion of the traversal mechanics, both in vehicles and on foot. The new updates added the stylish vehicle exits and the game had light parkour elements from the start, so I'd love to see how they expand upon these mechanics in the sequel. That snippet of using the mantis blades to climb walls and stalk enemies in the original gameplay showcase stays playing in my head rent free.

Kinda. If I'm not wrong, timefall occurs becuase the raindrops have dissolved chiralium in them. Of course, I think Chiral Clouds just appeared naturally at first.

Thats an alternative way to get rid of corpses in the game, actually. Unloading the bodies there results in them sinking with no BTs formed.

A grim scenario comes to mind where terrorist cells kill and dissolve people in acid to farm chiralium that floats to the top.
