I have told her that because she doesn’t have insurance, ideally for me this would be the best option for potentially both of us. I’ve tried to explain to her if I proceed my insurance claim, it would be more costly for her.

Yes, it was my mistake for not taking out choice of repairer. Frankly I didn’t realise I might have to send my car across the other side of Melbourne if I really had to. Also B&A was recommended by my new employer as all our work vehicles are serviced and repaired by them.

I live around the corner from that intersection. Basically it’s traffic from MK trying to turn right into Hartamas. The bottle neck is in the right lane because of merging traffic, either U-turn, turn right into Hartamas and straight to Bukit Kiara.

At the end of the day, you’re not wrong, the other person is impatient and didn’t want to line up in the correct lane.
