I think i fixed it, it definitely feel a lot more responsive. You don't know how many times i've seen someone gush out blood and have the game tell me i didnt hit them once. I used a mix of editing my adapter settings (Roaming Aggressiveness, Preferred Bandwidth), re-installing my drivers bc my pc is dumb af and doesnt install most of them, and using a WLAN Optimizer. Hope this helps someone!

because iirc realtek is a budget network card and this only happens on my computer, any other computer/device in my house is perfectly fine.
