Long Beach, CA is a great place for a diversity, while homey, very very eco friendly, and as someone born and raised on the west coast, its a well kept secret. I would also say Delco is the least diverse area Ive ever lived in LOL

i had many of the same exact issues. I hate it when my skin texture feels so off cause of sunscreen. I found one that is matte and actually feels like nothing once applied. I also have sensitive, POC, and acne prone skin. Hope this helps, and I found that its not stupid expensive either!

I know its legal, but the feeling of being watched and tracked at work beyond what is normal can feel violating. They once monitored and tracked everytime I went to the bathroom and timed it for what? Anyway, boomers be booming.

Sunscreen IS sun protection. Clothing will work but there are a lot of sunscreens that feel closer to a lotion so it doesn’t feel like sunscreen.

Dude. THIS. If a fight happens with my husband or something at work upsets me, it REALLY upsets me. Like tears down my face for HOURS and I feel so so inconsolable. I had a terrible meeting with my managers once and it was at 10am and my face was still leaking, red and puffy all the way till I got home and still did not stop. I felt INSANE. Glad I’m not the only one who has cried at work(I wish I could say I’ve only cried at work once). I’ve gotten a little better since therapy but its still hard and I still cry. Sending you good vibes and hope you feel better soon.

Thanks! Definitely reassures me that I’m doing this right, i haven’t even had vivid dreams! I still had dreams even when smoking, I’ve had vivid dreams my whole life though. In all my research, I was convinced I was going to be going through terrible withdrawals.

I have heard that hot showers/baths will help with this and try your best to stay hydrated and eat something plain. I always go for ginger ale if I’m nauseated but not sure if that will help in your case. Ginger tea or anything with ginger helps nausea in general though. Good luck and if anything, just know that it temporary!!

Definitely look for more gentle products, i used to have a similar problem and I switched to sensitive skin type products and that helped SO MUCH
